New Slide-in Reflector Liners for Model Type 801 (water-cooled)

Direct replacement, Milcure 1000 reflector liners are fabricated for easily sliding the liner into the extrusion, and cut to longer lengths to eliminate any center sections.

The slide-in reflector liner fits against the reflectot extrusion more precisely, leaving no air gaps and maximizing the heat transfer to the water-cooled reflector.

New QR Lamp Holders for Model Type 801 (water-cooled)

Direct replacement, tool-less, quick-release lamp holder end plates allow you to easily change lamps with the flip of a latch.  This simple, yet clever, design eliminates old locking plates from coming loose.  Lamp access is much easier and the secure latching mechanism keeps the lamp firmly in place until you are ready to release it.

Patented Milcure R and RPK Shutter/Reflector Systems (patent# 6,720,566 B2)

 The Milcure R and RPK shutter sets are direct replacement upgrades for your Aetek UVXL, UVPAK or UltraPAK lamp module. The unique benefit of being able to replace reflector liners without removing the shutters will save you time and make it a simple maintenance procedure. The Milcure R (UVXL) and RPK (PAK) shutter systems are designed to accept cold mirror reflector liners or standard reflector liners. The precision clamping feature of the 2-piece design forces the reflector liner to be securely seated against the shutter extrusion for maximum heat transfer efficiency and longer reflector liner life. These patented shutter sets allow you to replace reflector liners, in minutes, without having to disassemble the lamp module, or even removing the UV lamp. Shutter sets are quickly fabricated in our machine shop, usually within one or two days. Shutter sets come complete with all associated shafts and pins to allow for an easy retrofit.
